Terms & Conditions
1. Scope
These Terms govern the sale and use of Dopplium hardware devices and the associated software used to configure, control, and visualize those devices (e.g. radar systems and analytics dashboards).
2. Hardware Sales
- Each hardware purchase is subject to specific commercial terms (e.g. quote, invoice).
- Hardware is warranted against manufacturing defects for a defined period (typically 12–24 months).
- Returns or replacements must follow our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) procedure.
3. Software Use
- The software is provided solely to operate and visualize Dopplium hardware.
- You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software with Dopplium devices.
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or sublicense the software.
4. Intellectual Property
- Dopplium retains all intellectual property rights to both its hardware and software.
- You retain full ownership of your generated data, but Dopplium may use anonymized usage data to improve its services.
5. Data & Privacy
- Certain software tools may transmit anonymized usage or telemetry data to enhance performance and reliability.
- Use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes data practices in full.
6. Support & Updates
- Dopplium may periodically release software or firmware updates.
- These updates may include performance improvements or security fixes and are subject to these Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Dopplium is not liable for damages caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
- Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product or service.
8. Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate software access in the case of violation of these Terms.
- You may stop using our products at any time; refunds are subject to our return policy.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be exclusively resolved by the competent courts in the Netherlands.
